Can I still use my property?

Yes. You can block out dates for personal use with advance notice.

What are your fees?

We charge a management fee based on the rental income, which covers all services provided. There are no hidden costs. Prices start from 8% + VAT

What if something goes wrong during the stay?

You can message us and we’ll respond quickly. We aim to resolve issues as fast as possible and can arrange maintenance support when needed.

Can I switch services later?

Yes. If your goals change, we can discuss moving between management and corporate lets

Do you offer one-off services?

Yes – cleaning, photography, maintenance and compliance checks are available separately.
